500 g puff pastry dough 100 g powdered sugar 2 packets vanillin sugar 800 ml milk 2 pcs yolk 2 packets Golden cob 250 g butter 2 crucibles whipping cream
Sweet creamy dessert:
Divide the puff pastry into 2 parts and roll out Gently prick with a fork and place in a preheated oven to bake
Cream: stir the icing sugar , vanillin sugar, golden cob and egg yolks in the milk. Bring to the boil and stir until thickened. Let the cooked cream cool, stirring occasionally.
Beat the softened butter and gradually add the cooled cream.
Place the cream on one baked pastry sheet, spread the whipped cream on top and cover with the other pastry sheet. Allow to set and sprinkle with icing sugar.
