Chicken Sandwich

A tasty snack that will put a smile on your face. It’s roasted chicken breast, sliced, served in toasted toast, smeared with mayonnaise, along with ox eye, bacon slices, onion rings, iceberg lettuce leaves, tomato rings…

Ingredients:

Number of servings: 4 servings 12 pieces of toasted bread 10-15 pcs cherry tomatoes 4 pcs of egg 500 g chicken breast from the Klatovy Poultry Plant 240 g brine 2 cl oil red onion ice salad mayonnaise salt

Procedure:

Toast the bread in a pan or toaster oven until golden brown and set aside.

Prepare the iceberg lettuce by washing and cutting into larger pieces.

Salt the chicken breasts, fry in oil on all sides and cut into thin slices. Place the bacon in the same pan and fry it in the oil until crispy.

Then prepare the eggs and make the ox eyes in the pan. In the meantime, slice your tomatoes and onions into rounds and set aside.

Spread the toasted bread and spread the bottom of the sandwich with mayonnaise. Place the chicken slices, iceberg lettuce and bacon on top. Cover again with toasted bread and spread again with mayonnaise.

Place lettuce, sliced tomatoes and onions and ox eye on the second tier of sandwich. Cover again with toasted bread and pierce with a toothpick. Then cut diagonally and place in a snack box.
