300 g semi-coarse flour 2 pcs egg a little salt 20 ml cold water 1 pcs egg white 2 cups cherries to taste butter, icing sugar, poppy seeds, nuts or breadcrumbs 70 g butter
procedure
1. Make a stiff dough with flour, eggs, salt and water. Roll it out on a floured board and cut into squares. 2. Place one cherry in the centre, brush the edges with egg white and cover with the other half of the square so that the edges stick properly. Or make triangles out of them. 3. Cook the cups in boiling water for about 7 minutes. Serve them topped with butter, dusted with icing sugar with poppy seeds, nuts or toasted breadcrumbs.
