Peel fully ripe but firm red tomatoes by slicing them and immersing them in boiling water for a few seconds and then cooling them in cold water, after which the skin is easily removed.

Root the peeled fruits and cook for 10 to 20 min. in a pot. When cool, stuff the boiled mixture into the pouches. Freeze immediately after sealing.
