Frog legs Provencal

A warm appetizer from France.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Mix ground pepper and salt in milk, soak the frog legs in it and then coat them in plain flour
2. Put them in some of the melted butter and oil and simmer them for about 12 minutes until they turn red
3. Sprinkle them with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley and chives, pepper, put them in a heated bowl and pour the remaining butter, in which we have foamed the garlic
