Frikadely na klasický způsob

A popular German classic, i.e. meatballs fried in oil and served with potato salad.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Prepare marinade; whisk oil with lemon and orange juice and salt
2. Boil the washed potatoes in salted water, then drain them, peel them, cut them into slices about 0.
5 cm thick, mix them with the prepared marinade and let them sit for a while
3. Cut the cucumbers into rounds, chop the parsley finely, cut the chives into rolls, cut the washed tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and cut them into rounds and cut the crust off the bun, cut the inside into smaller pieces and soak them in lukewarm milk for a while
4. Mix the mayonnaise with yoghurt, mustard, cucumber liqueur, orange juice, stir in the sliced cucumbers, herbs, season with salt and pepper and finally add the sliced potatoes and tomatoes and mix well
5. Cut the peeled onion and garlic clove into cubes, mix with the minced meat, squeezed bread, egg, season with salt, pepper, cumin and form the meat mixture into 12 balls, which we fry slowly in heated oil for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
6. Arrange the potato salad on plates with the frikadella and garnish with parsley.
