Filling:
1/4 kg cooked meat 1 pk egg white to taste onion, salt, ground pepper

I make a sourdough starter with milk, flour and yeast. Then add the flour, salt, butter, egg yolk and lukewarm milk. Knead the dough and let it rise. Then roll it out to a thickness of 1/2 cm. Cut out rounds, fill them with mincemeat filling, press the edges together and fry in fat so that they float.
