600 g mushrooms 30 g plain flour 100 g breadcrumbs 120 g lard 1 tbsp milk 2 pcs egg to taste salt

Salt the cleaned mushrooms. Mix the milk, flour and egg together to make a porridge. Add salt. Dip the mushrooms in the batter and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry the mushrooms in hot lard on all sides. Finally, drain them.
