1 pcs carp to taste salt 1 pcs lemon some plain flour 2 pcs egg 2 tbsp milk some breadcrumbs some oil for frying
step
1. Clean the carp, remove the scales or skin it. Cut it into horseshoes, season with salt and drizzle with lemon juice. 2. Then roll the horseshoes in flour, eggs beaten with milk and salt and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry the horseshoes thus coated on both sides in hot oil or lard.
