Fried Fish Cakes

Mixture of cooked fish fillets and potatoes, fried in patties until golden brown.

Ingredients:

300 g cooked fish fillets 250 g cooked potatoes 200 ml breadcrumbs 2 tbsp melted butter 1 tablespoon chopped green parsley 2 pieces of egg ground black pepper salt

Procedure:

Chop the cooked fish fillets into smaller pieces, mix with mashed potatoes, parsley, beaten egg yolks
2. Salt and pepper
3. Form small patties, coat them in beaten egg whites and breadcrumbs, fry them on both sides in melted butter until golden brown.

Recommendation:

Serve variously prepared potatoes and fresh Vegetable Recipes as a side dish.
