Fried Eggs

Whisked eggs fried in butter.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. In a glass or smaller bowl, beat the eggs with a fork
2. In a small bowl, stir fry finely chopped onion in butter 3. Add the beaten eggs to the onions, season with salt and stir the mixture until thickened
4. On a plate, season the eggs with paprika and pepper and serve immediately.
Recommendation:
The onion can be omitted and the eggs fried in butter only.

Decorate the fried eggs with greens, tomato slices, cucumber … Serve with toast, toasted bread or fresh bread.
