Fried chicken drumsticks, mashed potatoes, apple compote

Juicy, golden fried chicken cutlets served with mashed potatoes covered with melted butter and some good homemade compote.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 4 pcs boneless upper chicken thighs 2 pcs 2 pcseggs fat or oil for frying a little milk with the eggs smooth flour breadcrumbs salt For mashed potatoes: 800 g potatoes 40 g butter + butter to top the mash 200 ml milk water salt Comp: apple

Wash the boneless legs, pat dry, de-blanch and cut into smaller pieces

Before frying, salt the meat, coat with plain flour, a beaten, lightly salted egg beaten with milk, followed by breadcrumbs

Stir-fry the meat with a little salt and pepper./li>

Slowly fry, in hot lard, on both sides, nicely browned

Serve the fried chicken drumsticks, in this case, with mashed potatoes brushed with melted butter and apple homemade compote.

Mashing the mashed potatoes:

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into quarters, pour hot salted water over them and boil until tender

Rinse the water, mash the potatoes and mix well

Mix the potatoes well./li>

Leave the mashed potatoes on a low heat and stir in the butter and hot milk

Mash the mashed potatoes until smooth and season with salt if necessary.
