Fried Cheese Rissoles

Pancakes filled with a mixture of grated cheese, vegeta and cream, wrapped in triple coating, fried until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Make a batter with plain flour, eggs, semi-skimmed milk and salt and fry thin pancakes in hot oil
2. Fill the pancakes with finely grated cheese mixed with cream and a pinch of vegeta, roll them up and cut them in half
3. Then coat each pancake in a triple layer (in plain flour, beaten eggs with milk and breadcrumbs) and fry on all sides in heated oil.
Recommendation:
Serve hot with steamed Vegetable Recipes or vegetable salad.
