800 g cauliflower 60 g semolina flour 80 g breadcrumbs 1 pk egg 1 dl milk pinches salt 80 g lard

Cook the cauliflower in salted water until semi-soft.

After it has cooled, break it into rosettes.

Coat the florets progressively in flour, egg beaten in milk and breadcrumbs.
4.
Fry the cauliflower in hot lard, use a deep fryer to make it easier.
