1 pcs catfish 4 cups breadcrumbs 3 pcs eggs 1 cup flour 2 dl oil

1.
Slice the catfish into horseshoes and coat first with flour then egg and breadcrumbs.

Place in boiling oil then turn down heat and cook each side for about 10 minutes.
