Fried Balls with Tomato Sauce

Single balls of Brussels sprouts coated in batter, fried until golden brown and served with tomato sauce.

Procedure:
1. First, prepare the tomato sauce; in a bowl, put peeled tomatoes, finely chopped capers and shallots, cleaned hot pepper cut into small pieces, peeled garlic clove, finely chopped anchovies, finely chopped parsley, pour vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, mix and put in the fridge to cool<
2. Drain the cleaned Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water, drain and leave to drain
3. Make a thin batter with milk, plain flour, beaten egg and a pinch of salt
4. Thread individual cabbage balls onto skewers, dip in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown, after frying let drain on a paper towel
5. Serve cooled tomato sauce with the fried cabbage balls.
