Fried asparagus with shrimps in orange sauce

Pan roasted pieces of asparagus, caramelized together with other ingredients, served with roasted shrimps topped with orange juice.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Fry the pieces of cleaned asparagus in a pan with a little olive oil along with sage leaves
2. Add the leek strips, chilli and grated zest of 1/
2 oranges, caramelise everything with sugar, cover with orange juice and simmer
3. At this stage of the preparation, add the cold flakes of butter to the dish, stir well and remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper
4. Fry the drained prawns in a little olive oil seasoned with a little thyme, add the butter, salt and pepper
4. Arrange the asparagus pieces on plates, garnish with the prawns and pour the orange sauce over them.
