Fresh Vegetable Rolls with Cabbage

Ingredients:

Range for 10 pcs: For rolls: 40 pcs of rice cakes 200 gbio carrots 200 g bio spring onions 1 bunch organic radishes 1 handful organic lettuce (any) 1 handful of organic mint For the sauce: 1 dcl warm water bio peanut cream drop of organic soy sauce grated organic garlic

Procedure:

Clean and thinly slice the greens, cut the organic onions into rounds.

Wash the lettuce and tear into small pieces, chop the mint finely.

Dip the rice paper one at a time in a bowl of cold water so that it gets wet on both sides but does not get soft. Place the prepared paper on a work surface and proceed as for the tortilla filling. Stack everything in the middle, then fold the ends of the pancake and roll it up.

To the prepared rolls, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly with 1 dcl of warm water and you are ready to serve!
