1 pk leek 2 pk carrot 1 pk kohlrabi 4 leaves kale 1 celery a little zucchini 4 tbsp peas 2 tbsp oil 1,5 liters water 2 pk potatoes to taste salt to taste vegeta a little chives
procedure
1.
Slice the leeks, carrots, kohlrabi, kale, celery, zucchini into slices and add the peas. Place in hot oil, fry, cover with water, add sliced potatoes, add salt and boil until tender.

Flavour the hot soup with vegetation and add chopped chives.
