French Toast

Breakfast toasted toast with a slice of cheese, baked, served garnished with an ox-eye.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Spread a slice of toasted bread with butter, sprinkle with parsley and top with cheese
2. Close with a second slice of toasted bread and place in a hot oven, bake for a few minutes in an oven preheated to 200 °C
3. In the meantime, prepare the ox eye in a frying pan and place it on the baked toast
4. Decorate with Vegetable Recipes and serve.
Recommendation:
It is better to fry the egg in a mould for a nice round shape.
