French potato soup

250 g potatoes 150 g carrots 1 pk onions 150 g zucchini 100 g mushrooms 0,375 liters water 1/2 KL vegeta 1 pk bay leaf 1 clove garlic 1/4 KL oregano 1/4 KL Provençal herbs 1 tbsp sweet cream 1 cup chopped bacon

1. Wash, peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Chop the onion finely, clean, wash and slice the courgettes and mushrooms. 2. Put the Vegetable Recipes in a saucepan, cover with water and season with Vegeta. 3. Add the bay leaf, garlic, oregano, Provençal herbs, nutmeg and chilli. Cook for 15- 20 minutes. 4. Blend the soup, soften with cream and garnish with the roasted bacon and remaining mushrooms.
