French crepes Suzette recipe

6 servings Pancake batter 100 g of plain flour 1.50 tablespoons of sugar 2 eggs 125 ml of milk 5 tablespoons of evaporated milk 1 pinch of salt Sauce 3 pcs. Orange 1 lemon 8 tsp cinnamon sugar
Method of preparation
1 In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt, beat in the eggs and slowly add the milk. Stir in 2 tablespoons of melted butter. 2 In a small saucepan, melt the remaining butter and heat over a medium heat. Pour some of the batter into the pan and spread it thinly over the bottom. Fry the pancakes on both sides for about 30 seconds until light brown. 3 Rub the orange and lemon rinds with a sugar cube and squeeze out the orange and lemon juices. 4 Place the sugar cubes in a large saucepan and heat until the sugar caramelises slightly.
