Folger aramat medicinal recipe
Last Updated on
A recent survey showed that many people are interested in making their own natural medicines at home. There are several reasons for this: first, it’s usually cheaper than buying over-the-counter medications; second, you have more control over the quality of ingredients; and third, it can be fun and satisfying to make your own remedies.
One popular type of natural medicine is aromatherapy. Aromatherapy uses essential oils, which are concentrated extracts from plants. These oils can be used in a diffuser to fill a room with their scent, or they can be diluted and used for massage. Some people also like to add a few drops of essential oil to their bathtub.
If you’re interested in trying aromatherapy, one easy way to get started is to make your own Folger Aramat. This is a simple recipe that uses three different essential oils: lavender, rosemary, and eucalyptus. These three oils are thought to have calming, relaxant, and medicinal properties.
What You’ll Need:
1 tablespoon of carrier oil (such as jojoba or almond oil)
5 drops of lavender oil
5 drops of rosemary oil
5 drops of eucalyptus oil
A dark glass bottle with a tight-fitting lid
Instructions:
Add the carrier oil to the glass bottle.
Add the lavender, rosemary, and eucalyptus oils.
Screw the lid on tightly and shake the bottle well to mix the oils.
To use, add a few drops of the oil blend to your diffuser or bathtub, or dilute it with water and use it for massage.
This recipe makes about 2 ounces of Folger Aramat. It can be stored in a cool, dark place for up to six months
