Fluffy garlic spread on toast

Baked bread spread with roasted garlic, mung sprouts, cheese and white yoghurt, garnished with rocket.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wrap the whole unpeeled garlic in foil, place in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for 30 minutes, then let the softened garlic cool, peel, chop finely and place in a bowl
2. Stir in the Cottage cheese, white yoghurt, mung sprouts, salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly
3. In a toaster oven, toast the bread slices, spread the spread on them and garnish with arugula leaves.
