Soup suitable for flu. It is a poultry broth preferably type C flavored with garlic, onion, ginger and leek.

1. Add peeled, finely chopped onion and garlic, thinly sliced leek, and chopped chilli pepper and seeds to the boiling broth
2. Let it bubble for a while, finally add grated ginger to the soup, boil everything for a while, season the soup with salt and pepper and serve hot.
