Flemish roast beef II

Spicy spicy roast beef stewed in light beer and onions, seasoned with mustard and spices, served with variously prepared potatoes or boiled rice.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 600 g of low-fat turnip

.

2 pcs onions 1 pc bean leaf 1 tbsp full fat mustard 3 dl light beer smooth flour thyme butter pepper salt

Procedure:

Slice the spinach into 4 slices, lightly slice the edges and season with salt and pepper

.Fry the onion cut into rounds in butter until golden brown, add the sprats, fry on both sides, add spices, mustard, dust with flour, pour beer

Simmer under the lid until soft.

Recommendation:

Serve the rolls with variously prepared potatoes or rice.
