800 g plain flour T-650 200 pcs wheat-rye flour 3 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 600 ml lukewarm water 1 cube fresh yeast 2 tbsp home-made lard, 2 tsp caraway seeds 2 tbsp whole flax seeds pcs oil for rubbing
procedure
From the above mentioned ingredients work out a soft dough.Leave at room temperature to rise.Then turn the dough out onto a floured board, knead and shape into buns.Let rise a little and cut as desired.Place on a greased baking sheet.Brush with oil and bake.Bake at 180 °C for about 30 min.
