1 liter rice milk 3 tbsp oatmeal 12 tbsp spelt plain flour 2 tbsp sugar 2 pcs egg 1 pinch salt oil

Tasty and fiber-rich pancakes.
1.
Place the flakes in warm milk and let them swell for at least 30 minutes.

Then add flour, eggs, a pinch of salt, sugar and mix everything with an immersion blender.
3.
From this prepared batter make pancakes (use oil if necessary).
4.
Fill the pancakes according to taste. Enjoy!
