50 g oatmeal 20 g peanut butter 100 g raspberries 30 g protein 1 pk banana stevia

Place the cereal in a bowl and pour a glass of water over it

Heat the flakes in the microwave (90 seconds) or boil in a saucepan over a low heat for a few minutes.
3.
Add peanut butter, frozen raspberries, protein powder and stevia to the hot flakes.
4.
Mix everything together and garnish with banana.
