500 g fish 1 pk onion to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 150 g root Vegetable Recipes 20 g lard 30 g plain flour 200 ml cream 1 pk egg yolk 1 pinch ground red pepper
step
1. Put the cleaned fish and onion into cold water. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 20 minutes. 2. Boil the Vegetable Recipes separately, thicken them with a roux made from lard, flour, paprika. Add the strained fish stock and boneless fish meat. Whisk the egg yolk in the cream and stir it into the soup. Serve the soup with finely chopped Vegetable Recipes.
