Fish ragout with Vegetable Recipes

ingredients

1 packet frozen Vegetable Recipes 150 ml vegetable broth 1 pk onion 1 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp cream 2 pk chilli pepper 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground black pepper 1 tsp mustard 500 g fish fillets a little lemon juice a little grated cheese

procedure

1. Remove the Vegetable Recipes from the freezer, place in a pan and sauté. Peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onions until golden brown. Dust with flour and prepare a light roux, to which add the vegetable stock and cream, stirring constantly. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and mustard. 2. Cut the fillets into pieces, drizzle with lemon juice, place in the sauce and simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes. 3. Serve the sauce on a plate with the Vegetable Recipes and place a piece of fillet on top. Grate the cheese and serve.
