Fish on cream
ingredients
1,5 kg fish to taste salt 50 g butter 1 pk onion to taste chopped parsley some plain flour 2,5 dl sour cream 2,5 dl fish stock
procedure
1. Gut the fish, wash, divide into portions and braise in half the butter. 2. Clean the onion, chop and fry in the remaining butter with the green parsley chopped finely. Dust with flour, fry a little, pour over the fish stock and the sour cream, boil a little and strain over the fish.
