Simmered fish pieces with peppers and onions.

Procedure:
1. Throw in the peppers, pour a little water and saute in hot oil with the onions
3. Season with salt, pepper and ground paprika
4. Add the fish cut into pieces and chopped parsley
5. Mix the mixture and transfer to a fireproof bowl
6. Pour a little more lukewarm water over the fish and bake in the oven, at around 190 °C, until the fish is tender.
