Fish Fillets in Varoma
Here is the recipe for Fish Fillets in Varoma, a delicious fish dish with cherry tomatoes and white wine sauce easy and simple to make with your Thermomix.
Ingredients:
4 white fish fillets 1 clove of garlic 500 g cherry tomatoes a small bunch of parsley 4 tablespoons demaizena 2 tablespoons olive oil 100 g white wine 600 g water
Preparation:
Place the lightly oiled fish fillets in the Varoma then add the peeled garlic clove, halved cherry tomatoes, parsley, then salt and pepper.
Put the water in the thermomix bowl then add the white wine.
Place the Varoma then set 30 min varoma to speed 1.
At the buzzer remove the varoma, then add the cornstarch, salt and pepper to the bowl then set 5 min at 100°C on speed 1.
Serve the fish fillets with the cherry tomatoes then drizzle with the sauce.
