2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp plain flour 1.25 litres water 200 g fish fillets to taste vegeta a little lemon juice to taste salt a little parsley
procedure
1.
From half the butter and the flour, make a light roux. Pour water over it and bring to the boil. Fry the fillets in the remaining butter, cut them into pieces and put them in the soup.

Simmer briefly and flavour the soup with the veggies, lemon juice, salt and garnish with chopped parsley.
