Fish croquettes II.
Fishkroketter, as the original name of this recipe goes, is nothing else but minced fish meat together with potatoes and pork belly, mixed with egg yolks and spices, coated in egg whites and breadcrumbs, finally fried until golden brown in the shape of small rolls.

Procedure:
1. Grind the fish meat, pork belly and potatoes in a meat grinder
2. Then add egg yolks, salt, pepper to the mixture and work everything well
3. Form small rolls, dip them in beaten egg whites and coat in breadcrumbs
4. Fry fish croquettes in more hot oil until golden brown.
Recommendation:
The croquettes prepared in this way are served, for example, with crab sauce or mushroom, mustard or lemon remoulade. As a variation, potatoes are replaced with a cup of boiled rice and small dumplings are formed which are also fried, these dumplings are called fisk bullar and are also served with various sauces.
