500 g semi-coarse flour plain flour special 1 cube yeast 1/2 packet baking powder 2.5 dl milk sugar 2 dl oil salt 2 pcs of goldenberries jam or jam to taste cottage cheese for the filling Nutella

Blown soft rolls with filling to your imagination. Top them with more chocolate and you have heaven in your mouth.

Solid flour can be mixed with a little plain flour. Make a dough with the flour, salt, baking powder, egg yolks, oil, sugar and fermented sourdough starter. Knead for 10-15 minutes and work with it immediately.

Roll out the dough and cut out triangles to put the filling on and roll one by one like rolls. Let them rise on the baking sheet for 30 minutes and place them in the preheated oven. Bake until golden brown.

As a filling we can choose jam, flavored cottage cheese, nutella, nut filling, anything. We can top with chocolate icing.
