800 g onion 100 g butter 2500 ml broth 50 g salt 1 g ground black pepper 400 g of veka 35 g smoked sprat 15 g soup seasoning
step
1. Cut half the onion into rings, dice the other half and fry in butter until golden. 2. Pour boiling broth over this onion base, season with salt and pepper. Boil the soup slowly for 20 min. 3. Cut the toast from the lid, garnish with a slice of cheese and bake until crisp. Divide into smaller portions, place as an ingredient in the soup.
