Prepare the ingredients for the dough

Sieve the flour into the mixer bowl add all the ingredients. Knead into a smooth dough, wrap in cling film and refrigerate to set.

Place the dough on a floured work surface and roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm using a pastry cutter cut out different shapes. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the prepared cakes on it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 13-15 minutes, keeping an eye on the oven so they don’t burn.

After baking, brush with marmalade to taste. Glue,decorate with icing sugar. Enjoy.
