Fine bryndza soup with bacon

125 g fresh bryndza 2 pcs potatoes 300 ml milk 1 tbsp lard 1 pk onion 1 tsp ground red sweet paprika 1 pk egg 100 g semi-coarse flour 1 litre stock 100 g diced bacon a little chopped chives to taste salt to taste crushed cumin
step
1. First, make a little mince with an egg, a little salt and flour. Prepare a stiffer dough by mixing and either grate or knead between your fingers. 2. Put the lard, onion and diced bacon in a saucepan. I always add and boil the bacon rind for better taste, which I take out at the end. Fry, add ground red pepper, crushed cumin, pour the broth, 3. Add the potatoes, add salt and cook for 10 minutes. 4. Add minced potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes. 5. In the meantime, crumble and mash the bryndza in the milk and stir into the soup at the end. Finally, add the chopped chives. 6. Bon appetit:-)
