Festive Smoked Haná Roast II

Sliced pork cutlet, interspersed with rounds of roasted pork, baked in the oven until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Slice the cutlet to the bone (do not cut it completely to keep the roast whole)
2. Slice the cutlet, cover with foil and lightly pat it down
3. Stuff the slices of roast with bacon, salt and pepper and place between the slices of cutlet
4. Tie the whole roast and put it in a baking dish
5. Clean the Vegetable Recipes, cut them into pieces and add them to the meat together with the spices and butter
6. Pour in the wine and bake at 180 °C for about 50 minutes, basting with hot water as needed.
Recommendation:
From the fat and Vegetable Recipes you can prepare a sauce, reduce the water, dust with flour, boil for a while, season with salt and pepper if necessary.
