Vienna Horseradish Meat

Dish of cooked pork shoulder served with horseradish sauce.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 600 g of pork shoulder 1 pk petrels 1 pk carrots 1 pc onions piece of celery

salt For sauce: 100 g freshly grated horseradish 50 g smooth flour 50 g fat 1/4 l milk salt

Procedure:

1. Put the pork in boiling salted water and cook until tender
2. Towards the end of the boil, add the carrots, celery, parsley and onion cut into smaller pieces
3. Take out the soft meat, cut into portions, pour the sauce on plates and serve with potatoes.

Preparation of the sauce:
1. After a while, add the milk, bring the sauce to the boil, stir in the freshly grated horseradish and, if you like, add a few steamed, peeled and chopped almonds to the sauce.
