Eggs with Chive Sauce

Cooked eggs with a sauce of grated eggs, white yoghurt and chopped chives, seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Light appetizer or dinner.

Procedure:
1. Hard boil the eggs leave and cool
2. Then peel them, set aside the 4 boiled eggs, and finely grate the 4 eggs
3. Mix the grated eggs with white yoghurt and chopped chives
4. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly

Recommendation:
Serve with bread as a light dinner or appetizer.
