Creamy pea soup from frozen peas

ingredients

1 packet frozen peas 1 clove garlic 2,5 dl whipping cream 1 pk onion 1 pk egg yolk 1 pk bun 1 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp fat for frying 1 tbsp butter celery water salt marjoram

step

1. Chop the onion finely and fry it in the heated fat, add the coarsely grated celery, dust with flour and fry until golden. Pour over approximately 5 dl of water, add the peas and cook until tender. Then blend the soup, add cream or 5 dl of milk, season with salt, marjoram and crushed garlic and leave to boil. 2. Before finishing, add the egg yolk to the soup and do not boil anymore. Before serving, season with finely chopped parsley and serve with a bun cut into small cubes and fried in fat.
