Chicken sauteed on peas with leek and mushrooms

You’ll love the pea sauté with leeks and mushrooms. As a side dish, I definitely recommend tarhona.

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the onion and leek into small pieces. Wash the meat and cut into larger cubes. Fry the meat in the oil.

Remove the meat and add the leeks and onions to the fat. Sprinkle with cumin and turmeric. Sear for a while and put the meat back in. Add a pinch of red pepper, salt and pepper. Fry for a while.

After a moment, add the peas and mushrooms. Mix everything well and cover with water. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

Finally, stir in a little water and thicken the sauce. Serve with tarhona.
