1 pk vegetable broth 2 packets gelatin 250 ml mayonnaise ham hard-boiled eggs mushrooms corn 1 packet crab sticks sterilized cucumbers spinach olives

Cook the broth and dissolve the two gelatins in the lukewarm broth. Line a mould with cling film, stack the ham,

spinach,

mushrooms,

corn, cucumbers, olives.

Mix mayonnaise with broth and gelatin, add spices. Pour half over the mixture and put in the fridge to set for a while. Then continue layering, pour in the rest of the gelatin and put in the fridge for a couple of hours – preferably overnight. The next day, tip out, slice and serve:) Enjoy! 🙂
