Fennel Fondue with WW Mustard

Here is the recipe for fennel fondue with WW mustard, a creamy and melting fondue, very easy and quick to make to accompany your meat and fish dishes.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 2 sp / person –
700 g fennel 1 onion 15 cl cream 4% mg 2 tablespoons of white wine 2 tablespoons of old-fashioned mustard 1 tablespoon of olive oil salt, pepper
Preparation:
Clean the fennels, remove the damaged leaves, the heel, cut them in half then slice them.
In a casserole heat the olive oil then fry the chopped onion for 3 minutes.
Add the fennel, white wine, salt and pepper then cover and simmer for 35 minutes.
In a bowl mix the cream and mustard then pour into the casserole, stir and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes.
