A step-by-step guide on how to prepare the best meatballs step by step.

Slice the old rolls into rounds.

Pour the milk over the fritters and mash with a fork so that no larger pieces are left. Let them soak in the milk.

Add the radishes to the minced meat and work into a dough.
4.
When the meat and rolls are well mixed and incorporated, add the egg, finely chopped small onion and all the garlic and mix well again.
5.
Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste and stir.
6.
Shape the meat into balls and roll in breadcrumbs.
7.
Finally fry in oil on both sides.
