Farmhouse pork and bean goulash

450 g pork curry 400 g sterilized beans 3 pcs onion 4 cloves garlic 1 can of lentils 3 stalks celery stalks 2 pcs potatoes oil ground red sweet paprika salt ground black pepper

Extra rich goulash…

Cut the pork curry into small pieces.

Clean the onion and cut into larger pieces.
3.
Fry the onions in oil first and then add the meat. add salt and pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes.

Then dust with sweet red pepper and add the pressed 3 cloves of garlic. Fry for max 1 minute and cover with 1 litre of boiling water. Simmer over a gentle heat until semi-soft.

Then add the sterilised beans, chopped celery stalk, thinly sliced potatoes and add another litre of boiling water.

Add potatoes sliced thinly

At the very end, add the tin of lentils (which can be blended beforehand) and cook together until all the ingredients in the stew are soft.
