A delicious and very simple one sheet dish that I like to prepare very much, because my family adores it.
1.
Prepare pasta of your choice, 250g of grating sour cheese and 2 large handfuls of fresh spinach. And everything you need for the béchamel sauce too.
2.
First up we’ll cook the pasta, classically according to the instructions and habit.
3.
While the pasta is cooking, we’ll cook the béchamel. Sauté the grated onion in the butter. Then add the flour and fry for a while, like a classic stir-fry. Pour in the milk, add salt (a little more is needed), pepper and a little ground nutmeg. Bring to the boil and add the milk as it thickens. Simmer for 5 minutes and you’re done. The sauce should be neither too thick nor too thin. Almost like when you cook pudding. With the hot pasta and sauce, we are already going to do more.
4.
Wipe the deeper baking dish with butter. Put half of the pasta, sprinkle half of the cheese on top and move it around a bit, letting the cheese get in between the pasta. Then spread half of the béchamel on top, put the spinach and season with a little salt. Cover with the remaining pasta. Spread the remaining sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. You can add a little salt on top. Place in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 40 minutes.
5.
Good taste!
